yes. I only use them on fondant or fondant/gum paste mixture. just let the fondant dry a little, put powder sugar on tappits and cut.

sorry. let it dry for about 10 mnts before cutting. this will make the fondant a little hard and wont distort the letters or numbers and wont stick to the tappit

I just used these for the first time yesterday and they worked great! Like bakencake said let your fondant dry a little and use powdered sugar on the fondant surface and tappits. Once you press them just "Tap" the end of the tappit strip on the counter and they fall out. No need to dig them out of the cutter. So easy!

I just ordered mine 3 weeks ago from Amazon (upper & lower case funky) I used the Amazon Prime free two day shipping trial and got them the next day! I put my letters on a tinfoil base but had to use a little water to get them to stick. I also let my fondant dry 10-15 min but they were still sticking so I ended up lightly coating the fondant with shortening and that worked like a charm!

I use corn starch and don't have a problem with them sticking. I had a minor problem with sticking with powdered sugar. Good luck!
