I haven't made cakes for sale, but I'd like to. Do I need my kitchen inspected and how do I know how much to take money.Do anybody know VA law?

Yes, you do need an inspection. You would need to call the Va. Dept. or Agriculture. They will send you the booklet & guidelines. It is not a 123 thing- you will need to get the book and read that before you do anything. Just sayin' Good Luck!
