I am new to this forum and a keen cake maker. I am planning to make a football pitch birthday cake for my little boy later today and want to do what Jane Asher does on utube with the rice paper and cake toppers. I just need a recipe for a 13 x 9 inch tin - pref. madeira cake and ideally I will make 2 and buttercream and jam them before icing. Please help! I can't seem to find a recipe anywhere for this size tin.
