Hi all,

I have another question for all the pros. Iam making an engagement cake for relative. I have no idea what is coming. Is it okay to have an engagement cake to be 2 tier?
I know they like light creams ( whipped creams), but Iam thinking of doing the MMF with white chocolate clay incorporated in. Would this be too sweet and something I shouldnt do for this cake? Especially knowing that they want something light creams.
Iam thinking of switching to stabilized whipped cream and the cake is due this Sunday. Ive bought everything I need for the white chocolate/MMF as of today.
What do you guys think I should do? I would have to search for a stabilitized whipped cream also.

Your input is greatly appreciated.

If they want a light, whipped cream, I would not do fondant.

I don't like the look of two tiers. I always use odd numbers.
