I am looking for a good chocolate cupcake recipe...maybe with a non perishable filling.
Also, can i defrost on Thurs and ice and the cuppies still be good on Sat? I am working and then probably going to the lake on Fri, so I don't know I will be able to ice on Fri.

I would take them out of the freezer at midnight on Saturday morning and let them thaw out. Then I'd get up and start filling and frosting them about 8 am.
