I use the traditional Wilton's recipe for buttercream & I was wondering just how much I can make at once??? I normally make a double batch, but I'm sure I can make more. Right?

This is my first time to attempt more than one cake a week. We're leaving our home in Louisiana Mon, Aug 2nd, headed to Atlanta, GA for my 2 yr old's Kidney Transplant. So we'll be gone for 2 months or more & I've decided to go out with a BANG!!! Making THREE cakes this week! Wish me luck!

I use Sugarshack's recipe and it fills my 5 qt up completely.
