I have seen this template used by several people and I like it but can't figure out what company it is (i.e. blogger, blogspot, wordpress, etc) Does anyone know? I am happy with my regular website but feel I want/need to make some changes to my blog and would love to use this! Anyone know?

That's MY site! 
I had someone professioanlly do my site- but not too much of a fan- it's verrry "bloggy"...changing it soon- but glad you like it!
