What do you mean by using there sheets?????? Or make your own .The frosting sheets ????????The wafer paper ????? Or the mat that you put paper on?????do you know what I mean?????? I was wondering if you change the blades if you can do that .
the cake is made just for the frosting sheets and gumpaste...and Ive used rice paper, so that means no stencils
Sorry, but I think you are wrong. There are many mediums, besides the ones you have listed, that can be cut with the cricut cake. The deep cut housing and blade from the expression will fit the cricut cake and I don't know why you can't cut stencils with it. Provocraft said you can cut paper with it so I don't know what difference it would make. I don't know why people answer post when it's clear they are just guessing.

You have to roll it pretty thin (a little over 1/8" thick)- but it came out better than I expected! Then stick it in the freezer to cut it. I live in AR and it is really hot here (103 the day I did it) so before I could get them off the mat, I stuck them back in the freezer. They baked up nice! On another thread, someone told us how to do it (can't remember who - sorry) but she posted pictures. Mine came out cute - but I didn't take pictures, so I will post the other thread when I can find it.
Ok - It is on page 10 - My success with the cricut cake pic and tips
