Terminology

It would be nice if there was a glossary of some sort for those of us who are new to Cake Central and don't know what some of the common acronyms are.

Like DH (dead horse?, who knows). I probably sound a hundred years old (I'm not), but it's easier to read posts if I know what the acronyms mean.

So if you don't mind, please enlighten me on some of the most common ones.

Thanks!

PS I already know Swiss/Italian Meringue Buttercream (SMBC/IMBC) icon_smile.gif

I'm pretty sure there is a sticky in the forums section for this as well.

There is a section in the forums dedicated to all these. Like dh meaning dear husband, dd = dear daughter and so on.

but also I think some people just make some up according to their post, so just read thru and you'll get the hang of it.

Happy Caking and welcome to the insanity, lol ( laughing out loud).

P.S. have you tried moving your cursor over the letters? It usually has a pop up with the meaning.
