I was wonder if there is anyone that can help me or point me in the right direction. I wanted to know how I can package and mail cupcakes? Is there a special way to pack them and do I need to purhcase special cupcakes boxes etc? I am also looking to purchase cupcake boxes as well. Thanks in advance for your help.

I sent 1 dozen cupcakes in a plastic hinged dome container, put a dot of icing on the bottoms to help the cupcakes "stick", then wrapped it in saran wrap, bubble wrapped it & put in a tight-fitting box (so they wouldn't slide around). Also made sure to put "this side up" on box. I think they arrived ok.
You can find cupcake boxes & the hinges on pretty much any cake decorating site, I like fondant source .com (no spaces)
