What do you line your cake pans with? Parchment Paper or Wax Paper?
What do you prefer & why?

I use parchment paper becuase I don't like the idea of the wax on the cake. Plus I can buy parchment paper in some of my most used sizes already cut so I don't have to keep cutting it like I would with wax paper from a roll.
