Hi all. I'm new to cake decorating, and was hoping if someone could tell me if any of the Peanut butter icings will crust, and if you can use the Viva towel method for smoothing. Also, would it be okay under fondant?

I know they will crust and u can get a smooth finish i never put under fondant u can test it out on a cupcake hth

I have put peanut butter icing under fondant with no problem in the past.
