The first cake that I was ever paid for (ordered by my husband's customer who normally gets my test/freebie cakes) was delivered today and I am nervous. So, so nervous. The cake was fine when I boxed it last night and my husband delivered it this morning for a party that was tonight (that was was the customer requested.) The box was completely sealed up so no peeking and it was good fit the cake -not even a 1/2" wiggle room. But I haven't heard a thing from her all day and I am so nervous. What if something happened to it? What if she hates it? What if she put in the fridge all day and took it out just before the party. It's been humid and voggy for days so how will that affect it? All of these thoughts are just running through my head. How did you get through it?

take a deep breath and then breath out.

No news is good news. I think we always expect the worse so we get all worked up over nothing. If they liked your freebies and you boxed it tight every thing should be fine unless THEY did something to it. I am sure they opened it the minute they got it home just to check it out. Now if the party was that night then there probably was no time to call you. Don't worry.

I agree. I bet they opened the box and checked it out as soon as it was delivered. If they were unhappy with it I'm betting you'd know by now. thumbs_up.gif
