Until we start this we have no clue how many it will serve or how to even go about pricing it? Bride wants all Chocolate w ganash filling and Fondant/Buttercream.
Please give us some advice as to how much you would charge for this cake?
ps....she doesn't care how many it serves.....they are also ordering 38 cakes for each table that each serve 6!!! We can price those....struggling w/ this one tho!
HELP is oh so welcomed!

Do you mean you won't know how many it serves because you are carving the cakes? If this is the problem, with carved cakes you should be charging by how much cake you start with, not with what you have left when you are done. Then it's just a matter of what size pans you are using to figure serving amounts.

WOW! This sounds like a huge project icon_smile.gif I charge by the serving for everything, and for this one it could start at 1K easy. Are you thinking about using dummies for any of it?
