Hi just had a call from a potential customer that wants a mars bar cake. I asked him what was in it and he said a layer of crispy mars bar, a mouse filling, chocolate cake and then chocolate ganache over the top. So in all my searching I can 't seem to find a cake recipe that fills that quota.

Does anyone have a recipe like that. I assume it is layered with a mars bar bottom of some sort, a mouse centre, then perhaps a chocolate cake topping with chocolate ganache etc. I have to give him a quote but haven't a clue until I can get a recipe to work it out.
