Has anyone made a carrot cake using the WASC method? I am making a 11x15 - 2 layer cake for a birthday this weekend and they requested a carrot cake. I love the original and chocolate wasc cakes and saw the link for the variations and was wondering if anyone has used it and what they thought. Also any other suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks!!!
