Hey all,

So I have never bought imitation extract of any kind.. and was blown away that most of what my store had was it.
I ended up buying some imitation coconut extract.. What are you views on this? Should I try harder to find REAL.. or would imitation work okay? (and if it helps any it is to flavor a buttercream)
