What is the best buttercream to use for cupcake bouquets? Should it be crusting? I have read forum posts that some people have had an issue with the icing sliding off the cupcake. Does anyone have an opinion on this, or experience with this? Thanks for your help!
That would depend on how you put the bouquet together.
I saw in Sara Lee's semi homemade magazine today she put together a cupcake bouquet. It looked nice.
The icing can fall off if you angle it wrong at the bottom. There is a tutorial on youtube on how to put one together and another one on here using small cups that you sit the cupcakes in. I think khalastad made it.
