HOORAY! Tomorrow I will officially begin my new business! I have moved all of my supplies and stocked the shelves, and tomorrow morning at 6am I begin baking away! I am renting licensed kitchen space, have all my llc, fm cert, insurance, etc, and today I met with the health inspector who issued me my permit to operate.

Let's hope that the orders start rolling in! Thank you to all the great members here on CC who have given me such great advice and have answered so many of my questions.

The really amazing thing is that I received my 2nd issue of the CC magazine today with my cake in it too! It is so completely appropriate because it was after I was asked to design a cake for this issue that I finally got up the nerve to go into business.

Thank you all so much! It was a wonderful morning! How different to be in such a nice big kitchen where I could fit tons of cakes in the over, got to use a huge mixer, and the disherwasher...fabulous!!!

I really appreciate all of your kind words. Yes, TusconGina I am in Chandler, AZ. Online_Annie- you can't even image how bad I want to be on one of the cake challenge shows! I was contacted for season 2, but I wasn't up and running yet. =0(- lets hope the call again!
