Hi everyone.. i have done a search for this but cannot find anything..
I would like to set up a home based business in Australia. I have tried looking up websites the food authorities/ councils and keep coming to a dead end.. No one seems to have much information on what i need to do to register as a home cake decorator ..
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I am currently selling cakes to friends and family... At not much more than cost but the orders are rolling in and i think that there could be a real potential to make some extra money.
Any advice is much appreciated

Ring up your local council and health department and they should be able to help you in regards to all the info you need

Thanks guys.. getting the run around from the food authorities but ill try the council and see if they can give me more info.. Everything that i have come across so far has been for a comercial business not a home based one .
