I need a tasty recipie for Cupcakes to give a chance to a diabetic woman to eat Cupcakes. I found a recipie on the web but it's a little bit scary to use ingredients that may collapse on her health.
I've heard that I had to use flout without glucose....
I had a diabetic cake to do a couple weeks ago for a baby shower. the mother who ordered the cake with me said that the mother to be liked the cake mixes from the store. so that's what i used. mind you they're about twice the price of a DH box and only yields about half of that. found it in the "specialty/organic" section. they had white, yellow and chocolate. i did the white one and the texture was like a heavy angel food cake. personally didn't like the taste much, but that's my sweet tooth.
