My cupcakes always seem to stick to the wrappers and you only seem to be able to eat half of what I actually bake in each cup because the rest is stuck to the sides. Anyone know why this happens? I'd love to get the hang of cupcakes!
How are you handling the cupcakes once out of the oven? I remove them from the pan immediately! If you're allowing them to cool in the pan that may just be the problem. HTH!
I had this problem with some cupcakes I made last night. When I tested one about 20 minutes after they came out of the oven, they stuck horribly. I put them in a storage container overnight, and the papers seemed to soften up and not stick any more by this morning.
