I just got another one of these and figured I'd share it with all of you!! I've seen these many times and it is a scam. they will ask you to do a cake, take a credit card for it and pay the "shipping company" for them out of the extra they give you. all BS. the cake will be for many hundreds of miles away, and i asure you they have cake decorators there!
Here's the email:

ahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaa!!!

I just got this email too! It reads "suspicious" from the very start! I literally laughed out loud. And those horrendous cake flavors???? I could tell it's written from someone out of the country - well, everything about it is fishy so I didn't even bother to respond. When I googled the email address this CC link came up first!

Once again we learn to trust our instincts.....

hilarious!

Thanks for this post. I was wondering where a spammer could have gotten my email address regarding a cake request.

I googled "what is y7mail.com" and it seems it's a variation of yahoo out of Australia.

Ciao!

oh, and don't email "him" back. Once they know they have a "good" email address with a live person on the other end considered yourself forever on the line up of spammers. So, in this case, no response is your best response.

Going back to my in box to mark it as spam.

Thanks, Mike!

I wish I'd get one of those! I'd email back from my trash email address and have a lot of fun with them! (Of course, I'd post the back-and-forth for all of your enjoyment!)
