I bought good quality chocolate melts to make molds and when they hardened they had a whitish coating on them, what did I do wrong.
I put the wafers into a new disposable plastic bag and heated at 50% in the miscrowave until melted - not too hot, about 1 minute then piped into the molds and let set. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Stir or mix before after melting but before piping. You just got the fat separated from the candy. No worries.
