I have been using Satin Ice but recently, I decided to try Fondariffic. This weekend, I covered 2 cakes with Fondariffic, a circle and a square. I had a terrible problem with wrinkles that I usually don't have.

Fondariffic is great to work with and tastes really good but I just had a terrible time working with it. I had the worst problem with the square cake and I never had a problem with square cakes, even the first time a covered a cake with fondant.

Anyone else use Fondariffic? I would love to find out what your experience is.

I have used both and have not had any problems with Fondarific though I have recently had a ton of problems with Satin Ice (cracking). Fondarific was able to be rolled out quite thin and went onto my cake like a dream...

I most recently used it to cover my Christmas baby cake...
