Does anyone own one of these printers? Do they work good?

hahaha
$4,450 to purchase, $120 per month for ink
In their ROI model they assume 60 quarter sheet cakes sold **per month**.

If you have that kind of volume, then it looks cool . . .

I bought a used one off of eBay a few years ago and it was worth what I spent on it (I got the system and the cart it sits on for about $700). If you want a used one, let me know - I'll be selling mine soon due to moving.

Personally, I think the edible images are a better investment (and less expensive). I worked in a bakery that had a jet decorator, and if the cake isn't lined up just right, or someone accidentally bumped the machine, or one of the colors ran out midway through printing, the image was totally screwed up and the cake had to be scraped down and re-iced.
