I have about 3 dozen cupcakes to make by TOMORROW AFTERNOON! I know, I'm way behind but I got the call for them this morning. It is for a local battered womens shelter here and they are having a pampering night tomorrow. Their theme is "A Night of Beauty" I am making chocolate and white cupcakes but need a good recipe for the frosting. Something that would be elegant and go with their theme. I usually don't do cupcakes so I am kinda lost on this one. I am also wanting to put buttercream roses on top but I may not. I just want something perfect for this event. Thanks!

Sarah, BC icing would be great - you could do different colors? Also, you could make a flat top on the cupcake (level with the paper cup), place fondant on top (different colors) and then place your BC roses? There are some great BC recipes on here and MMF is wonderful!
