I guess because it's the beginning of the holiday season, I found a bag of caramel flavored marshmallows...hmmmmmmmmm, I thought....they are the large ones and I am going to cut them down to bit sizes and try and make caramel fondant with them. I expect the fondant to be caramel color and could enhance with a little gel paste if I need to, I thought this would be the perfect color for a Thanksgiving cake.

I will let you know how it turns out.
