i have a question on cupcake liners. when i bake the cupcakes in the liner the colour of the paperliner is faded away. and you can not see the colour at all of the paper. can you tell me how i can remain the colour as it is fresh and nice?

You can bake in a plain liner and then put the cupcakes into a second more decorative paper liner after the cuppies are cooled. Don't remove the plain liner, just set the cupcake inside another fresh liner after cooling.

There are also liners that are grease proof. You can buy them on the internet.

The problem with putting another liner on after they are cooled is that is sticks out a bit (not a snug fit like the one baked in). I really don't like that look. It's a problem I also have struggled with.

For what it's worth, I actually like the look - but you have to do what your customer wants.

can i pop in a question?

I was just wondering when baking with those decorative baking cups for cupcakes such as these:

Do they end up semi-transparent or do they stay looking the same?
