Does anyone know how to make a Willow tree (I think it's a Willow Tree)? I'm trying to make one from the scene in "The Princess and the Frog". Any suggestions? I just don't know how to stablize the base and branches to hold the weight of the fondant that will be hanging over.

Ry... can you help me find a good RI transfer tutorial... maybe picture tutorial... I can't find one... I just did a transfer and after it was dried... it looked better in the back than the front... after reading on it... duh it's done in the front... backwards is buttercream... I need to make a minnie mouse (I would rather model it but... can't find anything on that) so I guess a transfer will have to do..

I'm not very familiar with RI transfer but I do have a couple of friends who made a tutorial that would be the same. I'm guessing the process is similar to these:

http://www.sweetopia.net/2010/02/part-2-how-to-prevent-air-bubbles-in-royal-icing/

http://www.flickr.com/photos/cakejournal/2782222096/in/set-72157606855615770/

Maybe just lay it on a parchment paper instead and then transfer.

I hope that helps.
