I started to follow the article on making the edible butterfly here and ran into a problem. I am at the piping gel stage and am unsure if I put it on both sides or just one side of the butterfly? If only one side, which side?

According to the instructions, it appears that you do the piping gel on both sides. Step 4 says to repeat step 3 on the other side. I would think you have to do it on both sides since the wings sit up and you would be able to see both sides of the wings at certain angles. I hope I am leading you in the right direction..if not, maybe someone else will post!
Apparently I cannot read. I panicked at step 3 and did not read on.

Not sure why that didn't work...just look in the Butterfly section of the gallery if you want to see it. I added it under theme cakes/butterflies.
