so we have had a shop open since last Oct. we are about to get a sealer machine so that we can sell our candies at other places including at fairs and festivals as well as other businesses. My question is does anyone know the rules of doing this as far as information or ingredients that need to be on the packages. Or maybe where I can find this information. Our shop is in Texarkana, Texas but we are a border city with Arknasas if you need that information. Thanks

I would call the Health Dept. They will be able to give all the info that you need.
