Help! My brother is getting married and asked me to make a strawberry cassada wedding cake covered in fondant. Problem is, I live in MS and will be transporting the cake to OH. I can't refridgerate it on the 14+ hr drive. Plus, since its covered in fondant I wouldn't be able to refridgerate it anyway. Anyone know of any recipes I can use that can stay fresh at room temp and will hold up on a long drive?
