If you have a Bosch it works even better. I make double batches in mine and don't even knead it after.

MissCathcart: this link to the video is worth repeating !!!   This is what got me started on MMF in the KA earlier this year. It gave me the confidence to try it.

I Only make half-batches, as I don't use that much. It only takes a few minutes & still works great.  A quick rinse of everything immediately afterwards, & it cleans up like a dream. Great inexpensive stuff for hobby bakers.
