I have an order for an odd number of cupcakes, so ill have a few left for my family. I want to freeze them for another time. So my question is - do i take the paper liner off before i wrap and freeze? or can I leave it on?

CakeJedChic,
I would think 6 dozen one way 1/2 a dozen the other. I maybe wrong but it shouldn't matter.

I freeze mine with the wrappers on. It doesn't seem to make a difference on removing them when thawed.

I freeze cupcakes all the time in paper wrappers. It has never been a problem. icon_smile.gif
