Does anyone know if there are any chocolate wafers or any type of chocolate for use in molds that is nut free and not processed in a facitlity that manufactures nuts?
I checked all the brands that are sold at Hobby Lobby, Michaels and Wal-Mart and none of them are nut free.
I found some chocolate chips that are nut free and not processed in a facility that makes nuts, but not sure they would work or not?
Do you know if chocolate chips would work to make a mold of cosmetics or would they not harden up enough?
TIA

I use chocolate (they have real chocolate and chocolate wafers) from
www.chocoley.com their items are peanut free, tree nut free, egg free and celiac safe.

Basically I use this for all my candy making and find it to be a great product whether it is the wafers or the real chocolate. The chocolate wafers are so good that no one guessed they were not real chocolate when I tried a taste test with some friends. I find when ordering that the shipping is super fast and excellent customer service.

I hope this helps.

Thank you sooooo much! I didn't think I was going to get any responses.
That site is AWESOME! I have a daughter that is highly allergic to peanuts and finding chocolate that she can have has been very difficult.

This will definitely make candy making much more pleasurable for our family since everyone can enjoy it now. icon_smile.gif Thank you Thank you Thank you! icon_biggrin.gif
