I was asked to make a smash cake for a 1 year old with no sugar and no egg whites. They requested a carrot or banana cake. I'm at a loss here...any help???
I say use Splenda and an all yolk cake recipe. Would that work?.
Don't feel that Splenda is appropriate for a cake to be eaten by a baby.

Thanks! I may give the applesauce one a shot. Like I told the grandma, I'll do what I can and Benjamin (the birthday boy) will be the only one who knows if it tastes bad and he doesn't have much to compare it to
