How do you think Spritz cookies would fare being mailed? I was thinkng about making a bunch for the holidays and sending them to some friends.

To the OP - I hope you get your answer. I would think that if people can send RI cookies without breakage, that you could do the same with these cookies.

I sent Spritz cookie to my daughter while she was out of town working and they shipped fine. You have a few choices in packing them. You can use a seal saver, put them in ziploc baggies and pack around them really well with newspaper or tissue paper or and I havent tried this, save your pringle cans or any kind of can (peanut butter, etc) and pack them tightly in the can. Hope this helps.
