How Do I Get A Vehicle To Stick To A Cake?

I am making a cake with a Jeep on the top. How do I attatch the Jeep so that it does not roll off of the cake? Royal icing? Thanks!

buttercream should work fine. If the cake has a flat top, the jeep shouldn't roll.

Buttercream or RI will work. Just use whatever you have on hand. No need to go mixing up something special.
