i was wondering how long mmf can last at room temp in an air tight container. I made it last week. Its seems ok, is still soft enough to use. does anyone know?

I've kept it for 2 weeks and it was still fine. Break off a small piece and taste it before you use it, but it should be OK.

I thought I read somewhere it lasted for months.....I will see if I can find that again
