What kind of filling do you put in your cupcakes? What kind of flavor combination is working best? Is it always the same as the frosting?

The possibilities are endless! Sometimes I make the filling and the frosting the same. Sometimes I put a fruit filling in the cupcake.

I like to use a raspberry filling and lemon frosting with lemon cake.

Tish Boyle has a book that helps you figure out what to pair with what. You have to read the description, but she tells what flavors go together. I found it very helpful. Although, I wasn't a fan of her actual recipes.
