Maybe a big chalk board cake, or a picture of a school bus and if you have an edible picture maker you can add his face in one of the bus windows..
hmmm... or maybe just a white cake with a red border around it and add fondant pieces that look like pencils, erasers etc.. hope this helped!

My daughter is going to school for the first time in about a week. I was planning to use my long loaf pan and carve it to make a school bus, and surprise her with it when she gets home.

Decorate a sheet cake to look like a chalkboard and say Welcome Back and embellish with fondant/candy clay ruler, apple, pencil, etc. Hope this helps!

Maybe do a schoolbus cake? Those are really cute .. you could do some kids waving out the windows.
