I had read in another post that you do a lot of the cuttings for your cakes. I have to make a beer bucket cake for a grooms cake. I have the feeling that they are going to ask me to cut the cake and I don't have a clue. (I'm a hobbist and this is for a family members wedding.) This is how I was thinking of constructing the cake, 7", 7", board, 8", 9"10". Should I put more boards in it? I planned on using straws for support as well.
Thank you so much for any help or tidbits.
