In my cake decorating class we used the Wilton butter cream recipe at http://www.wilton.com/recipe/Buttercream-Icing
with the following amendments:
Add 1 cup of Artisan Cremin to the mixture before initial beating.
Decrease the amount of milk by half.
My teacher used to supply the class with the Artisan Cremin.
I haven't been able to find it in any Vancouver stores.
Do you know any shops that sell it in the Lower Mainland?
