How far ahead of time do you fill? I'll be doing a wedding cake and can fill/stack/decorate the day before the event, will the fresh strawberries and raspberries be ok? Any suggestions on handling them like cutting thicker slices? Also wondering and searching for a whipped style filling that does not require refrigeration. Thanks for any input! thumbs_up.gif

Bettercreme would work as your non-dairy filling, it's dee-lish! you can buy a bucket from Sam's club.
