Hi All!

I am making cupcakes for a retirement party at Dh's work on Friday and was thinking of doing something like chocolate hazelnut. My plan is to use an existing chocolate cupcake recipe that I have and sub in hazelnut coffee for the water. I was wondering if you think this would work well and also if I should maybe fill them with nutella or just leave them plain.

I want to make something special in hopes that it leads to future orders.

thanks!

I do this, but use a hazelnut liquid coffee creamer with some hazelnut coffee syrup. You may need to brush on a little hazelnut coffee syrup afterward as a simple syrup. It will not have an overpowering hazelnut flavor though.

Have you tried using the powdered coffee creamer? If so, how has this worked for you?

I've used the powdered creamer before but not with the hazelnut powdered creamer. I don't mind using powdered form but I prefer the liquid myself.
