Absolutely! Both the Chocolate Sauerkraut cake and Beet cakes are good. The Sauerkraut cake is a favorite. You rinse the sauerkraut very well. Drain and squeeze out the liquid as best you can, then cut it up fine with scissors. It looks like coconut in the cake. You don't tell anyone what is in it, until they try it and find out how delicious it is. Same with the Beet Cake or any other kind like carrot or zucchini. You do not taste the vegetables at all and they make a really good moist cake.
