I tried it for the first time for my cousins birthday cake. I attached each cookie to a stick and inserted most of them directly in the cake. I had some problems but did okay. The problems I had stemmed from the intricate nature of one design.

But...now, I have a cupcake stand for a grad party. The topper cake will be an 8 inch round, with a "raised up W" for Westminster college. Sort of like the communion cake in my photos? Then, I thought I'd want to add the Titan, perhaps on a cookie.

The W and the Titan are on this page, top right.

How would you handle this? Would you use the cookie and royal icing transfer? I like the effect of the "raised up" W in cake but maybe that makes it harder?

I tried to edit...but, I meant to say I tried RIT for the first time on my cousins cake.

AND, maybe an entire BCT might be better than the raised up W on the cake. Only thing is, I never did that before either...
