Does anyone have a good recipe for Lemon Poppy Seed Cake with a tart lemon glaze? I used to make this all the time. I originally found the recipe from one of the Southern Living Annual Recipe Books (not sure which year) and it apparently was borrowed and never returned. I have looked everywhere and figured someone out there may have some sort of variation I could try. I have tried other lemon cakes and they have all turned out too sweet or generic/jello/box tasting. Any help would be appreciated!

I would love a recipe for this too, but I'd much prefer a scratch recipe.
