What kind of filling would be good for chocolate fudge flavored cupcakes? I"m doing mini's and would like to fill them. A filling that doesn't need to be refrigerated would be best.

You could do so many! You could do a raspberry filling, a chocolate filling, a vanilla filling, a PB filling. And there are many more! Hope this gets you started. =o)
